"I apparently made a mistake and reserved the room for one night instead of two. When trying to change the room to two nights because that was what I needed regardless of whether I made the mistake during the reservation process, the lady behind the counter said,"I don't know if we can do that; I will have to shuffle a bunch of things around". When in actuallity she just added my name to the same room for an extra night. The room wasn't even booked for the following night; therefore, all she had to do was say 'ok' when I stated I needed the room for two nights. The most irritating part was she asked me if I could read the card that stated one night instead of two...how degrading is that from a customer service standpoint. Since there are two sides to every story, I would suggest you talk to this lady because I was polite to her during the entire reservation process; such that I did not deserve (nor does anyone) such a degrading comment.
Needless to say, I will not recommend nor stay at an econo lodge especially if this customer service is indicative of your training procedures."
